Hire our lovely bright space in the heart of Penryn for your event. Each booking will receive 30 minutes for free, for time to set up before and clean down after. Get in touch to make an enquiry.

how to create an account

Navigate the booking page and click ‘Register’.

Create your account by adding your details.

Once complete, click on ‘Profile’.

Register a payment card, by clicking on ‘Add credit/debit card’. If you would like a monthly membership you can also pay by direct debit.

how to purchase a membership

Log into your account

Click ‘Memberships’ on the booking page.

Choose a membership that suits you best and follow the instructions to purchase.

how to attach a child to your account

Log into your account on a laptop, computer or tablet.

Click ‘Profile’.

Click ‘My Family’.

Add the details of the children you would like to book on to classes.

You can switch between profiles, please make sure you are in the correct profile for the class you are booking.

how to book a class

Log into your account.

On the booking page, find the date and class you wish to attend. If you are using a computer hover over the class and you will see ‘BOOK’. If you are using your mobile phone, just tap the class.

how to check or cancel a booking, and refunds

Log into your account.

Click on ‘profile’.

There you will see the classes you have booked. To cancel, find the booking you can no longer attend and click ‘cancel’.

If you have paid or used a credit card to book a class and you cancel more than 12 hours before the class start time, you will receive a credit back to use within 6 weeks. If you cancel less than 12 hours before the class start time, we are unable to refund you.
