how to create an account

Scroll down to the book classes section and click ‘Register’.

Create your account by adding your details.

Once complete, click on ‘Profile’.

Register a payment card, by clicking on ‘Add credit/debit card’. If you would like a monthly membership you can also pay by direct debit.

Log into your account

Click ‘Memberships’

Choose a membership that suits you best and follow the instructions to purchase.

how to attach a child to your account

Log into your account on a laptop, computer or tablet.

Click ‘Profile’

Click ‘My Family’

Add the details of the children you would like to book on to classes

You can switch between profiles, please make sure you are in the correct profile for the class you are booking.

how to book a class

Log into your account

Find the date and class you wish to attend. If you are using a computer hover over the class and you will see ‘BOOK’. If you are using your mobile phone, just tap the class.

how to check or cancel a booking, and refunds

Log into your account

Click on ‘profile’

There you will see what classes you have booked. To cancel find the booking you can no longer attend and click cancel.

If you have paid or used a credit to book a class and you cancel more than 12 hours before the class start time you will receive a credit back to use within 6 weeks. If you cancel less than 12 hours before the class start time, we are unable to refund.
