In 2008 I took a decision which changed my life, for the better. I hid at the back of a Zumba class and LOVED IT!! I realised I had missed dancing so much, and knew it needed to be my life from then on. One small step after another led me to become a qualified Zumba instructor, then onwards until now we have 20-30 classes on the timetable and I get to dance everyday of the week.

I'd always loved dancing, but after school (like a lot of fitness activities) it somehow fell by the wayside. After the birth of my second child I was at a pretty low ebb, and the effort of will to get to that first class was monumental but I'm so glad I did. Now I am fitter and stronger than I have ever been and if I can do it - you can too.

My passion is to bring the emotional and physical benefits of dance to as many people as possible. Children, elderly, young and old with additional needs, those who want to shed a few pounds, those who want to gain a few muscles, those who want an emotional lift in an otherwise difficult world. It's right here - we welcome everyone and embrace every achievement, no matter how small.

Since completing her BA Hons Dance and Professional Practice at the University of Bedfordshire in 2010, Robyn has worked as a professional Dance Practitioner by Teaching, Choreographing and Performing in the UK.

Her love for adventure led to completing her Yoga Teacher Training, Pre/Post Natal, Children's/Teens Yoga in Bali.  After this huge life changing experience Robyn decided to move back to her Cornish roots where she continued to work and share her knowledge of fitness and wellbeing.

Robyn draws on her background as a contemporary dancer to create dynamic Vinyasa flow classes that are full of expression and rich in movement.

Her knowledge is continuously growing and her training now covers a wide range of classes that include Les Mills Body Balance, SUP Yoga, Streetfit, HIIT, and Retrobop.

And yep, she's always smiling - it's infectious.

Jeni started attending classes with Embrace four years ago, with a view to improving her fitness levels. As the classes in the timetable grew, she attended more classes enjoying the variety of styles and the Embrace ethic of FUN. An opportunity arouse to qualify in FitSteps, which was the first class she taught with us, shortly after acheiving her Exercise to Music qualification.

A random email introduced her to the world of Piloxing. She first qualified in Piloxing in March 2012 and quickly followed by adding Piloxing Knockout and Piloxing Barre. THEN she discovered Boogie Bounce and really, there's no stopping her once she's in the zone. Who knows what's next?

Imogen (Immy) - The Philosophical one

My early days as a personal trainer were spent in the great city of London. It was the best place to learn. I tried nearly every fitness concept possible and met some incredibly inspiring people along the way. As the fitness industry bloomed (and it sure won't stop), so did myself as a coach and my own business. In life, I believe we don't ever stop learning and I'll be forever growing as a personal trainer and lifestyle coach as the years roll on! Breaking away from the city life and moving back home to Cornwall was a conscious lifestyle decision but also, I couldn't be more excited, after selling my London business, to be sharing all that I've learnt onto more people. I want to make a difference!
