A gentle way back into fitness after child-birth. Robyn has designed this class to concentrate on strength and conditioning, using equipment and stretching techniques. Suitable for all levels of fitness, once your doctor or midwife has given you the ok to exercise.

Our pre-school class, designed to offer carers and children a chance to gain physical confidence through dance, games, songs and music making together.

Our two crews, Mini (under 8s) and Mega (8 to 11) Hearts learn dance routines to popular tracks, including street dance and hip hop, building confidence and friendships along the way.
